To Mask or Not to Mask?

There is a great deal of discussion about masks. Are masks meant to protect the wearer or the people around the wearer? Is it about compliance or health? Are people wearing masks because they believe they work or because they are afraid of being socially ostracized?

First, do masks work? A CDC study “Nonpharmaceutical Measures for Pandemic Influenza in Nonhealthcare Settings—Personal Protective and Environmental Measures” says this about wearing masks:

“We did not find evidence that surgical-type face masks are effective in reducing laboratory-confirmed influenza transmission, either when worn by infected persons (source control) or by persons in the general community to reduce their susceptibility.”

Some doctors discuss the dangers of wearing masks such as hypoxia and hypercapnia. So, if it isn’t to protect your health, what is behind the push to wear masks? The article “Masks: Have You Been Captured by This Psyop?” by Kelly Brogan, MD, explores these points:

  • Our society puts great emphasis on obedience as a result of authoritarian parenting and educational systems.
  • There are only six major media companies, all of which are in lockstep regarding messaging about masks.
  • The problem-reaction-solution model is being used to further control people (The virus is the problem. The fear is the reaction. The imposition of restriction of freedoms is the solution.)

Psychological operations (psyops) – emotionally-provocative information with the purpose of behavioral manipulation – have been employed by governments as a means to maintain control. Some signs that a psyop is at play include:

  • Media saturation with an emphasis on creating fear
  • Censorship of opposing views
  • Policies that limit freedoms
  • Policies that kill more than the supposed threat

Dr. Brogan also points out that the entire lock down is based upon the premise that germ theory is valid, though it has numerous detractors:

“The entire fabric of the germ theory of disease rests upon assumptions which not only have not been proved, but which are incapable of proof, and many of them can be proved to be the reverse of truth. The basic one of the unproven assumptions, wholly due to Pasteur, is the hypothesis that all the so-called infections and contagious disorder are caused by germs.” – M.L. Leverson, MD

If you think you need to wear a mask in a store because it is the law you might want to watch some videos from Peggy Hall, The Healthy American (website and YouTube Channel). She points out that proclamations and guidelines are not the same as laws. And while governors do have emergency powers, they don’t have law-making powers, and emergency measures expire. According to Peggy Hall, Governor Newsom admitted that he can not make a mask mandate).

Meanwhile, on 8/1/2020, a huge crowd of mask-free Germans protested against wearing masks.
