The Government’s Role

Government – contemplate the word. To govern means to control. The root ment as in mental means mind. Put them together and you get controlling people’s minds. What is the government’s role in Covid-19?

President Trump said he wanted the country open by Easter. It didn’t happen. It is often said that the President is the most powerful person in the world yet he didn’t make the decision to keep the country (and the rest of the world) locked down. So who did?

It is worth noting that Bill Gates, who has made money in the last months while others have had to close businesses and lose jobs, is the number two donor to the World Health Organization (WHO) which seems to be running things.

Who else might it be that is running things. David Rockefeller sums it up quite well: “Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as ‘internationalists’ and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure, one world if you will. If that is the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it.”

Jefferson warned us, “When Government fears the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny.”

Madison commented that “In framing a government which is to be administered by men over men, the great difficulty lies in this: You must first enable the government to control the governed; and in the next place oblige it to control itself.” But it is no longer controlling itself, is it?
